Hello, hello, hello. This is Who the Fuck Knows with Emily Rose. I'm Emily Rose and I am back, you guys. Happy to be here. Thank you so much, by the way, for your support of my episode with Vanderpod recaps, Lindsay Vanderpod recaps, recapping Rachel Goes Rogue episode 1. I saw a couple of you in the comments said that you would like for me to maybe do episode 2, bring Lindsay back on.

I'll say this, I don't plan on Podcasting about Rachel's podcast just seems, uh, like a lot, but I will be sneaking those, my thoughts about Rachel's podcast. Into my recaps for Vanderpump Rules, which comes back next week, I will be doing an instant reaction podcast with my friend Elena. We're going to watch the episode and then podcast immediately after for the premiere.

I know that the premiere party was the other day. I know that the Valley trailer was released. I know that there's so much going on in the Vanderpump world. So very excited to get started on that. And guys, if you want, first of all, Again, thank you for all of the donations, , all of the downloads, everything.

And if you want to donate to my podcast, let me tell you, I didn't have buy me a coffee for a while. I had it, then I took it down because essentially. You can't really cash that out until it hits 50, and when I originally had it, I was so inconsistent. Like, if you think I'm inconsistent now about the days, I was inconsistent about, like, how many months it would be before I recorded it again.

So, I wasn't doing my part to provide people with a product that they would want to donate with me anyway. . So, I want to explain kind of how that works. Basically, if you want to send me Let's say you want to send me five bucks. Like, I love this episode, thank you. Then you're just gonna go to buy me a coffee, and I believe that the money is in increments of one, three, and five.

And so you'll buy me one five dollar cup of coffee or drink or whatever. It's, it's kind of self explanatory. They do explain it on the site, so if you want to do that, that's great. Also, you can send me money through Cash App. It's weird because it's integrated into Buzzsprout. They're the site that I host my podcast from and it's not very natural to be like, Hey, if you want to send me money, send it through cash app.

But honestly, guys, that is the best way to do it. I'm going to leave my buy me a coffee up if you feel more comfortable. But I think the issue is that if you're not in the podcasting game, or if you're not like me and you don't listen to 800 different podcasts, and you probably aren't super comfortable with or familiar with buy me a coffee, Patreon, these, uh, Buzzsprout subscription, the, these sites.

That. You subscribe to or pay money for, so listen, my cash app, Emily AGoGo, it's in my description. If you want to send me some money, I would be so appreciative. Um, I'm always appreciative, but really, I'm appreciative of the way that you guys responded to the episode with Lindsay, so thank you for that.

And if you want to give me a rating on Apple Podcasts, write out a little review, you know? Honestly, anything less than five stars isn't really gonna for lack of a better way to explain it. So if you like it, give me five stars. If you like it, but you have some critiques or criticism, do that. Give me five stars and criticize me.

I've done that with podcasts. I really loved before when they've said things that are inappropriate or recently there's a podcast I listened to that had like Eight different hosts on at once for no reason, and it was very difficult to get through the episode. So I gave them five stars and said I was a big fan, but like, maybe rotate out the host.

And guess what? The next week, they did it. So I think that I personally am more, more likely to listen to criticism if it comes from a place of five stars. So, uh, that's how you can support me. A way to kick off the podcast. Please support me, give me money, whatever. But that's, that's where we're at with that.

Also. I will be recapping all three parts of the Salt Lake City reunion once the third part comes out, because I was at a convention over the weekend, and, er, a panel, a day full of panels for Bravo that, uh, SCAD, Savannah College of Arts and Design hosted, and Basically, I got a lot of information and I found out that it, that they are going to start filming Salt Lake City in February.

So I think we're going to get an answer as to whether or not Monica will be returning probably in the next week or so. And if you look on Staff Me Up under Shed Media, it says that there's, they're hiring an AP in Salt Lake City for Unscripted for Shed Media on February 5th. So I think we're going to get an answer to that and I kind of want to wait until we get all the information before I do a podcast because also part one was kind of, wasn't a lot to talk about.

I thought part two was extremely entertaining. So hopefully part three will bring it. Finally, Crystal Heffner, who is Hugh Heffner's, Was his wife at the time that he died, Widow. She is coming out with a book, now. If you follow me on Instagram, which you should, who TF knows, Emily Rose. I posted my vast library of materials when it comes to Playboy and Girls Next Door, etc.

I was gonna do a series back in the day, I did end up doing a couple of episodes on Girls Next Door. And I, I'm, I have like a breadth of knowledge about these women that I can unlock at any time. And so, Crystal's coming out with her book tomorrow. Now, Crystal is on the outs with Bridget and Holly right now.

Because it looked like Crystal was gonna be cool with Holly there for a minute, and so I was like supportive, and then all of a sudden, Crystal changed gears. Now, Important to say, everyone has a side to their story. I am a Holly fan. I am a Bridgette fan. I'm a Kendra fan. But they all kind of have a different version of what living in the mansion was like, dating Hugh was like, the show filming, the show experience, what that was like, and then their lives afterwards, which makes sense, they're different people.

But I think that's important to keep perspective when you go into reviewing their lives and when you have as much material as I do to review. I have all of their books. I have the DVDs. I have listened to, I mean, Le, Do You Remember This? with, uh, Dara Lane is an incredible resource for, uh, uh, Compilation of Girls Next Door history.

Basically, all I'm saying is, Crystal Heffner's book comes out tomorrow and I will be recapping it. And so stay tuned for that. And I think that's all of my notes, so let's go ahead and get on to Southern Charm, Reunion, Parts 1 and 2. So I'm not gonna give a full recap of each episode, I kind of just want to start Well, I'll start here.

Because the last thing I want to do is mislead you all, or have you guys Going into something, expecting me to be one way, and I'm not. I never want to disappoint anybody. The only person on this, like, main cast that I stay in is Madison LeRoy. And I think the rest of them are are very annoying. I find them to be very deeply obnoxious people.

I don't think well, except for maybe Vanita, which is kind of like, I think that she's probably the most virtuous, but she Doesn't always make great reality TV, except for this year, I'll give her that. But I think that these people are, the truth ain't in them, as I believe Heavenly said about Phaedra on Married to Medicine, the truth is not in these people.

And speaking of everyone having their own side of the story, with the girls next door, I believe that's true here too. I believe that everyone has their truth, but I don't know what THE truth is. Because there's a lot that, when it comes to the Taylor, Austin, Olivia saga, it is difficult because from what I understand, they dated between seasons.

Austin and Olivia dated between seasons and it was kind of a casual thing. I think That is difficult for fans of the show to process because we didn't really see them have a relationship. We saw them talk about it, and then they come back, and there's all this drama, and we were not in on it at all. So we're led to believe that they dated off in the offseason.

I find that a little annoying. I don't remember either of them being very like social media y about it. You know how like Sam and Corey from Winter and Summer House respectively, they They just broke up, right? And there was a whole lot of in between Winterhouse there was a lot of drama with them. But we were kind of kept up to date with it because we had Winterhouse to refer to.

But the thing is, Austin was all over the damn place. So it is really hard to like, track a timeline with this man because he was banging Sierra, then he was banging Lindsay, then he was banging Sierra again, then we're supposed to believe that he was dating Olivia. I think there was another girl in the mix somewhere that we are not, that's not on Bravo.

I just think it's hard for us to to come to terms with that. Then we're sitting down at this reunion. We have two women who are in mourning. Taylor more recently, but both are in mourning. We have Shep who is coming to terms with, um, I'm only laughing because it's like crazy that he came to terms with this, uh, In such a vulnerable way on TV, because I really just never thought it would happen.

Uh, we have Craig, who everyone touts as like this savior and golden boy of, of, of not just Southern Charm, but maybe even of Bravo. You have JT, who is so Oh, what is the word for when you, um, virtue signaling, kind of, uh, there's a different word for it, but just He Let me tell you guys something. He, he says nice guys never win.

There's no such thing as a nice guy. That doesn't exist. And if you're listening to this and you're like, but I'm a nice guy, you're exactly who the fuck I'm talking about. Because the true nice guys in the world are not labeling themselves as such. They are not in situations where they're constantly having to complain about being the nice guy that doesn't win.

One of my best friends is is like truly a nice guy and I have seen him get fucked over by women in his life, but he's never been like, it's just because I'm too nice. Like, that's just not his perspective because he like takes accountability for the part that he plays, whether it be in like his way of communication or, uh, emotional Vulnerability, or whatever it is that leads to those relationships dissolving.

He takes accountability in that. And he does not deflect to, I'm just a nice guy and girls just like bad boys. Because that is juvenile. And we are in our 30s, 40s, and for some of us, 50s, Whitney. And damn near Shep. So, I hate this like, nice guy narrative. I think it's so stupid and boring. It goes for Rod as well.

We will get to him. So, we start off the reunion with JT, on 11. And this is my thing, I hate, I hate when people trigger like an inner bully of mine, but JT, like, he really, he takes it there for me. Cause I'm like, Jesus dude, you are such a little shit, and he just, the way that he's coming for Austin, and the way that Austin is able to maintain his Mostly his composure, to me is really, Austin knows what he's doing.

Austin is actually being a bully in this situation, for real. But, JT is making it very easy to bully him. Like, you keep coming after this guy, and you keep, and I guess in a way he's doing this, he's kind of a bully too, right? He's antagonizing Austin. This is all because you want to sleep with some girl.

Like, that is gross behavior. All of these people are gross, okay? It is all gross behavior, all around, from all of you. So JT's kind of like that the entire reunion. Um, quickly, Craig, Craig doesn't have, uh, I think Craig's really dialed it back since his Infamous 2020 Southern Charm reunion, which I did post screenshots of on my Instagram when part one was released, just because oh my god, I'll just never forget the boys in that reunion and how god awful they were and Craig looked terrible and he was disheveled and drunk and screaming.

It was a sight to behold. And I think that he's really dialed it back since then.

So this reunion, he kind of serves as a mediator or, uh, Kind of, he kind of is like producing throughout the reunion. It's kind of funny. And the only thing that comes up is about him and Paige. And whether or not the thing that, and I forgot that this happened, but Taylor in episode one threw out an allegation that Paige was cheating on Craig and everyone just kind of, you know, shoved it off.

Now, I want to say this. Get my tinfoil hat, and we're gonna have to keep this tinfoil hat out for me for the rest of this episode. I thought it was interesting how, when this allegation was thrown around, the internet response was, Paige wouldn't cheat on Craig, cause she can't get out of bed. I'm like, here's the thing, guys.

Any of these women, all of them, Paige included, on Southern Charm, have the capability to cheat on their men? And they would be well within their right to do so. Because these guys are jackasses. And I have a Craig Conover shirt. Shout out Turtle Time Podcast, little turtle cuties checking in. I love my Craig Conover sweater.

I love Craig. But I don't think that just because he's the least drunk in this season, and the least messy right now, means that he's like, And I don't think that cheating is always necessarily a Something that you do in response to something. Sometimes people just cheat, you know? Sometimes it is a thing that people do.

It's not necessarily A consequence of your partner's actions. But I'm just saying, like, Craig's a dick. And we saw it on Winterhouse, and I can see Paige feeling, like, embarrassed or emotionally vulnerable. And Paige can get any guy that she wants, and some hot guy sliding into her DMs and her entertaining it.

I can see that happening. Now, do I see her carrying on a Sandoval esque, like, illicit affair? Not really, but I don't know her. You know, and if there are two people on Bravo that have a highly curated image, it is Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover, okay? And they are great at it, and that's what makes them great reality television.

All I'm saying is, maybe Taylor's unhinged. Maybe she threw that out out of absolute the fuck nowhere. Or maybe There was something and Craig and Paige are just too good and they're better at this than me and you and everyone on that on that cast That's all I'm gonna say about that. So The most remarkable thing that happened in this reunion to me was this revelation about Shep's behavior Specifically at BravoCon.

Now if you guys have been following me again Instagram who TF knows Emily Rose Then you know that I did not go to BravoCon because I cannot afford it But hey Bravo people, if you're listening, uh, I would love a creator pass one day. I would be great. I'll do interviews. I'll work it. I was trying to work the damn event.

I couldn't figure out because it looked like Superfly was putting it on the year before. But then this year, I couldn't really figure out what company to apply to. So anyway, just put, I'm just throwing that out there because you girls out here trying to get So BravoCon, I follow all of the people that live stream and, and recap and all of that in daily.

So I was akin, I was, I was in the know to the information that was coming out about Shep's behavior at BravoCon, kind of in real time. And. In addition to what was being talked about, which ended up being exposed on Jeff Lewis Live, was that Shep was in Vegas at a c at a casino. Either the first or second night, acting an absolute ass.

Screaming at people, screaming at the people, the, the dealers. Uh, wandering around, kicking ATM machines. Uh, being, throwing a drink or something, or like spilling a drink on someone. That kind of behavior. In addition, there was a night. I believe this maybe was all on the first night, or it could have been because from what I understand, and he says as much, he was whacked out the entire time.

And, I think that people have to understand that when you're in a state of I can be blacked out the entire time and kind of be presentable, That's a, that's tough. That's a, that's, I don't want to say it's a problem, because I don't want to diagnose anybody, but that's really tough. Because, you see him in the panels, like, he's able to form sentences and things, but if you really, you can tell he's fucked up.

Anyway, so what I heard that weekend was that he, had lost his phone, and Some fans were either helping him look for it or found it and then he turned on them and started calling them assholes and Losers and motherfuckers things like that Motherfucker, that's LD a little LD throw in for you there and Then he was like screaming for Taylor and then Taylor who I didn't know at the time was dating Gaston from Southern Hospitality, which is a great show by the way.

She is Came down, I guess, to help him, and then he kind of yelled at her and humiliated her, and then she was crying, and apparently this all happened in front of the fans. Now, I believe that this incident was late late night. Like, I thought that this was, like, 1 o'clock in the morning. But then there's also a similar incident of him yelling at fans, or maybe it's the same thing, maybe the timelines are just kind of screwed up because I don't know, it wasn't there.

But then he was also I remember this. Someone said that Shep was act maybe it was Ryan Bailey. Ryan was like, he thought that Shep was on shrooms because of his kind of, uh, erratic behavior in the, in the seats for the first, for the Bravo Awards. And you see, at one point, the camera pans to Shep and Austin and, and Craig, I think Craig was sitting with them, and you kind of see him Jacked up, like, you know, not, he's not acting right.

Now, I think it's very sweet that Ryan Bailey said that, uh, this guy is on shrooms, I'm not gonna give him that. I don't think that, I mean, it, I guess that these people do shrooms pretty casually and drink and so that's very possible that he was on shrooms. I think he was also on other substances, just from the look on his, in his eyes, uh, but it's possible that he was doing shrooms and drinking.

Other people have said that his behavior and things that they heard, uh, would lead them to believe that he was on other substances as well. So I don't think that Shep's problem is, uh, can be narrowed down purely to drinking. So then, it came out this week. In the blogs, in the blinds, that, and he, he, he's since confirmed it, but it was, uh, they were speculating about this about a week before he confirmed it.

He was in Costa Rica for an ayahuasca. treatment over the, over the week. So, and I know that people tout and praise the benefits of Ayahuasca and I actually have a friend who, he didn't do it for sobriety reasons but he does truly believe that his life was changed. He was, well he doesn't, he still drinks but he was like, He was smoking pot to a point where it was, like, disruptive to his life and doing hallucinogens to a point where it was disruptive in his life and he kind of cut all of that out.

So, uh, I think that it can be very helpful and I hope that that, I hope that that works for Shep. But back to the reunion, my god. Shep explains in the reunion, prompted kind of by Andy, that he's very embarrassed. By his behavior and the language that he's using, and the way that he's talking about it, and of course, again, the truth is not in these people.

So, I don't know if he's just doing this for publicity, but he's no Craig, okay? Shep is smart, very smart, but I don't think he's as savvy to his image as, say, Craig or Madison are. I felt that this was genuine. I think that he really feels Very bad. Not just that he behaved that way, because this is not the first time that Shep has behaved this way in public.

That is well documented. Also, Austin and Craig said as much. He's been doing this shit for years. So have Austin and Craig. Craig especially, by the way. But, Shep has been doing this, and I think that he feel For all of these people, especially on these Junior League shows, I know it happens on the Housewives too, but I'll, you know, the Vanderpumps, the Southern Charms, the, all of those, the, uh, Below Deck, all of them.

They, Below Deck's not a Junior League show, so, I'm so sorry, I know I offended somebody there, but, the non Housewives, okay? They're out here, they're drinkin they're partying, they're acting the act. Absolute ass in public, and everybody knows it, okay? Particularly with the Southern Charmers, this kind of shit With Vanderpump Rules, it doesn't always come to the surface until everyone has to cover their own ass and they start outing each other.

But Charleston's a small city, and Charleston is not primarily made up of celebs who are used to image curation. So All the shit that these guys get into, and for years, Leva has exposed them, they've been kicked out. Thomas Ravenel has a map of bars, a literal map that you can find on the internet of bars that he is banned from in Charleston, or was banned from for a time in Charleston.

These guys have a reputation for how they act, particularly when drinking. I think that what really scared Shep is that his behavior went Public. Public, public. So this wasn't just something that someone heard and they put it on Crazy Days and Nights. Like, this is, you got to Jeff Lewis live and you have two of the co hosts out here just telling your business because that's how bad you were.

And then you have a shit ton of people co signing it. That's nuts. That is nuts for these, for these shows. Because they're not supposed to be doing that. So, I think that Andy Had to have a talk with him because his behavior, it looked like, this is speculation, from the little pan to the audience and from other things I just remember people saying, but I can't I don't exactly remember what they said, but it looked like he, like, wasn't trying to stay in his seat, like, he couldn't, like, sit upright, it looked like he just was not, his body wasn't right, and he, when he would come out for panels, he was like, I think that when Andy says that Austin was cleaning him up, I believe he was.

I 100 percent believe he was. And I don't want to, I don't want to spend too much time on Shep, but this, this was profound to me. Because it was low key a little bit of an intervention. Then he says that when he came back from BravoCon, he tried to have like a dinner with his friends to ask for support.

Austin and Craig didn't go, because apparently he does this all the time. And they're over it, which is very fair. And Craig is like, he, Craig nearly says this guy's about to die if he keeps fucking with things like this. And to me, I just feel like, I feel like Bravo has an honesty problem when it comes to partying.

And I think that Bethany Frankel, if she was just a little less self involved, Could have really hit on that, but I think that Bethany Frankel can't fucking talk because I think that she too partook in Substance and alcohol abuse at some point and so she doesn't want for her shit to come out So she's not gonna actually go there.

But Bravo as you guys know, I'm all I'm on it. I'm on the case about drug and and alcohol use In the Bravo Celeb Sphere, Bravo Leb Sphere. So, then Craig basically says this guy's about to die, and I just, I can't, I can't do it with him. And Shep just says, yeah, I don't know what I'm gonna do, but, um, I'm, I've stopped drinking liquor.

I know people have a lot of opinions on that, um, I don't know, I don't know. My, I have a, I'm, I have a very close family member, very, very close, who is a recovering drug and alcohol addict. And he went cold turkey and, uh, as far as I know has not relapsed in 15 years or something like that. Some people have to ease into it.

Alcohol, alcoholism is a marathon. It's not, you know, a one and done for everybody. So, I know that Madison was like, I thought he was gonna say he's going to rehab, but it's just bullshit. Which, that's, again, I don't know. I don't know the conversations that have gone on between this cast, and, well, this'll come up again, don't worry.

I don't know what's gone on between this cast behind the scenes for these many years. This may be, they might have really been expecting, he might have said I'm gonna go to rehab, but then he changes it in public, I don't know. But, I'm not gonna say like, oh, he's full of shit cause he stopped drinking liquor, I don't know, maybe he has to ease into it, just because, maybe, you know, to him, just drinking beer is a significant, a significant event, I don't know.

Like, I know that I've been Trying to cut my alcohol intake and I'm so right now. I'm not drinking at home, right? I'm only drinking when I go out to an event and for me that has significantly Improved my quality of life those couple glasses of wine when you get home from work every day Well, first of all wine really fucks with my skin, but it you know, it makes a difference.

So I don't know. I don't want to bash him, but I also don't want to believe him, because the truth is not in these people. He did the ayahuasca treatment. To me, I'm kind of like, okay, so you'll do everything but go to rehab, but I understand that it's scary for him, and it's a complex issue, you guys, so that's all I have to say about Shep.

Alright. Let's get into, let's get into Taylor and this, this thing with her and Whitney. These ladies have got to stop. I don't know if they, I'm to a point with them that I'm like, are you guys actually sleeping with Whitney? Or are you saying that you're sleeping with Whitney to fuck with people? I just don't, it's so hard to imagine that Naomi, one of the most beautiful women to grace, Our screens, in my opinion.

One of the most intelligent and, like, I love Naomi. For her to have slept with Whitney, it's a hard pill to swallow. But a lot of them do it! And Thomas! And I think, let me see, I want to work this really carefully.

The only person that I'm willing to believe on this cast Is on this show for something other than complete self serving need for fame and attention is maybe Vanita. And because I think that she came onto the show with a different agenda, an agenda nonetheless, but an agenda to, like, show that diverse relationships can, are possible in this friend group and be something more to the cast than just a bunch of addict degenerate Losers, okay?

Nepo babies. So I think that maybe Vanita's path I don't know Rodrigo very well yet. I don't fuckin like Rod. JT's clearly in it for attention. So I think that all of these people are on this show for some level of attention and fame and so if they did feel like sleeping with Thomas or or Whitney Or whoever would get them a spot on the show, I believe that they would do it.

And I believe that that would be their intention, and, I don't know. That's how I feel. That's just, that's just how I feel. That's okay, there's nothing wrong with that. But I think it's goofy to sit around and speculate about, like, what could the possible reason be? Like, that's the only reason. That's the only reason.

Because Whitney It's not hot, okay? Now maybe they were trying to marry the guy, which honestly makes more sense to me, or something. I don't know. But, all of that to say, Taylor sending a nude to Whitney, whether or not it was an actual nude, whether or not it was dark, whether or not she said, Come one, come all, whether or not she was like, Uh, come fuck me in Nashville.

I don't know. The story's very convoluted and I don't particularly believe Taylor and I don't particularly believe any of them and Whitney wasn't there. I don't understand. In my experience, if I, with my recent ex, if I sent some shit like that to one of his friends I would be, I would never talk to him.

Like, he would never speak to me again if I did some shit like that. So if I was trying to, like, get under his skin or get his attention, that is the absolute last thing I would do. Now, my ex is not Shep. So, I don't know, I think that she just wanted him to be jealous. I think she wanted him to, like, act like he gave a shit about her.

And he's not gonna do that because I don't know that he does. Even sitting here, I think it's all very manipulative of him, the, well now that I'm thinking about it, you know, uh, I would have married her, we would be married right now, and this is all just me being a playboy, peter pan syndrome, like whatever the hell.

Then he goes up to her at one point in the part two, he's like, Good job! You're doing exactly what I would do when no one asked him to do that. I hated that for her. I was like, And I'm glad that she said under her breath, I didn't need the coaching, but thank you. But this is what she wants. She is in love with this man, y'all.

So, I think to her, the Austin thing, and I know I'm jumping around, but just let me, like, train, like, I didn't take notes, so, flow of consciousness. She Just wants Shep to act like he cares. And I think that the moment with her and Austin, whether it was a kiss or a hookup, whatever it was, I think was like vulnerable land.

And I think the same thing with Olivia. And I think she was like, well maybe You know, and I've, oh my god, I've had this moment, too, with a guy in my life that was a friend of an ex, different, different ex, and it's like he's the best friend and so like he's, it's, it's the, it's very Sandoval vibes, it's very Sandoval vibes, like you were my ex's best friend and you saw him treat me badly and you kind of stood up for me and I saw you stand up for me and I saw you, you know, say I don't deserve to be treated like that and well, maybe Maybe something could happen, and then it's like, like a movie, like, uh, Janis Ian and what's his name on Mean Girls, they kiss and it's like, what?

Maybe it was like that. Maybe that was literally it. That's not good. You don't feel good about that. You want to take that to your grave, because that's extremely embarrassing. But that stuff happens, I can tell you. It happens in real life. And I think that's what that was about, but I, I really do believe that Taylor I think she'll drop Gaston in a second for Shep.

I think she will, I think If Taylor thinks there's a chance of getting back with Shep, she'll get back with Shep. It is a very self deprecating, in my opinion, place to be. Uh, I've been there. I've been in the space of this person is my everything. This person is my soulmate. And I can, I will date, I will go on Tinder, I will do all this, but at the end of the day, I'm gonna end up with him.

So, it doesn't matter. I've been there. And I think that's where she is. Now, I'm speculating. I'm projecting. I don't know. But that's what it seems like. And I hope I'm I hope I'm wrong. I hope that I am reading the situation very wrong. I hope that she's just, like, kind of an unhinged woman who is out here living her best life and She wants to just gallivant and sleep with whoever and party and she didn't give a fuck and I hope that's how she really is.

But I, I think she's still in love with Shep. And so, now, it doesn't make any sense why she would bring Whitney into it, but I think she just wanted his attention. It's just, I don't connect with that personally. I don't personally understand it. But that might just be what it was. She just wants for someone, maybe even to be like, God, your ex is so hot.

Say that or something to Shep, so that he feels, so Shep realizes, like, oh, even his friends would have not left her, or cheated on her, or whatever, like, I don't know, it's very complicated, and I can't, I cannot continue to try to get in the mind of Taylor when it comes to Shep, but I think I kind of understand what happened with the Austin thing, doesn't make it okay, now we have to talk about Olivia.

Um, I said at the beginning, you know, I don't think the truth is in any of them. That was my nice way of saying, I don't, I still don't really like Olivia. Um, that's just me. I don't know this woman. Okay? I don't know any of these people. As a viewer, she's not my fave. Something about her attitude just reminds me of people that I've known in my life that are kind of careless and not super substantial but, uh, Get away with kind of reckless Words and behavior because people feel sorry for them, which I think people think that that's Taylor.

And I think the men do feel sorry for Taylor and give her a pass, but I think that they would do the same for Olivia, honestly. Or maybe not. I don't think that Olivia is particularly nice, and she doesn't have to be. That's not what this show is about. But to me, I'm having a hard time being like, Yes, Queen Olivia!

She did that! She killed it! I'm like You kind of are making me feel very confused. All of them are, but she's really making me feel confused. Um, The bra story is insane to me. And, I just don't understand how it's like, we're comfortable saying and reasonably concluding that it's likely that Taylor is saying she and Austin just kissed, but we're like, nah, they probably hooked up, and I agree, right?

I have an alternate scenario where maybe they didn't, but for the most part, I believe that they hooked up, Taylor and Austin. But we I don't believe that Olivia and Austin hooked up, even though her story is batshit. Like, I have big boobs, so, uh, I'm either not wearing a bra to begin with, cause, you know, that's how I live my life.

Or, if I don't ha if I if I start If I come to you wearing a bra and it's off, I'm not leaving without it because I'm wearing something that requires it. So, I don't know if maybe it's different for her because she's not like super big chested or What? But, girl, I don't know. I'm just thinking like of an ex that I've recently hooked up with.

First of all, I'm never like, I'm just gonna take my bra off in front of my guy friends ever. But, certainly with an ex that I've recently hooked up with. I'm going to his house. I'm actively taking off my bra for no reason other than comfortability, but she doesn't have big boobs So I don't fully understand why this is so uncomfortable and then she says that it's out of habit.

It's just like That's a weird habit to, like, not break. You know, like, I would just stop doing that, you know? But then she says it's out of comfortability. I think, I think more happened that night. I think that, I don't know why she won't, I don't know why they are concealing that. I don't know, maybe? Ooh, I just came up with a theory.

So Austin is allegedly dating someone now. I wonder if he was dating this girl, or dating someone. But then, Rod said that he had a different girl. I don't know. I don't know. Maybe, I just think the bra thing is fucking very odd. And honestly, I would just say, Yeah, we started to reconnect, or started to hook up again, but then we stopped.

I would just say that, cause it make, it, Even if it was a lie, it's a, it's a better story. It's more interesting, and it would honestly, it would help Olivia to be like, we kind of started to hook up, but then we stopped, because that's the nature of me and Austin's relationship. We have been on and off, and this is why this is so hurtful, because I still have feelings for Austin, but then she doesn't do that.

She goes into these, and I'm sorry, from what I've seen, she Does these things where she's going to his house, but then she's like fuck him and da da da But she's not really cutting him off and now she has a new boyfriend and they're vacationing with Austin. It just seems Like, a little much for me, and it, I kind of wish you would just admit, I wish all, I wish everybody on the cast who's still in love with somebody would honestly take a page out of JT's dumbass book and say, I'm in love with them, even if it's not true.

Like, just say it, because this, this space, this weird space that we're in, which is very real, But not totally copping up to it is exhausting, and I'm gonna yawn. Ugh, God, sorry. No, I'm tr I truly exhausted myself just trying to think about all of that. I'm working my way through these tough situations in my mind because I don't understand them.

And I don't understand why Olivia I mean, I understand it, but it's just annoying that Olivia Is, is so betrayed by Taylor, but just not so much by Austin, but then, like, you're in a relationship now. So, I don't know. And I know that they both lied, but they both lied. And I don't really like the, oh, well, Austin was coaching Taylor.

I think that they both decided they were not going to, to tell. I think that we need to give Taylor a little bit of agency here over her own, you know, actions. I think that they both decided they weren't gonna tell anybody. And I think that Austin broke that, obviously, and Taylor was annoyed, because it made very, very complicated something that didn't have to be, and it ruined a friendship.

But, I don't like the whole, well, Austin, like, for y'all to be arguing about it, and like, Austin coached her, no, Shep is coached, I, we watched Shep coach Taylor in real time. I think that Austin and Taylor We're just trying to decide how they were going to move forward for a storyline. And I think that Craig probably helped with that as well.

Now I want to do like final thoughts but I want to get to everybody on the cast. JT. JT is saying that he's in love with Taylor. I don't know why. Now I will say they went on like a European vacation or something or they met up in Europe together, he and Taylor. I don't know if they hooked up or if they shared a moment or what.

And Taylor just doesn't want to admit it. But. This whole thing, this virtue signaling from him, I already talked about the nice guy syndrome, very annoying. You know who else has that is Rod. I can't stand this guy. Um, I think it was very weird of him to even be in talks about moving forward a relationship with Olivia, like, a couple of weeks after her brother died.

And it's a tragic thing that happened to her brother. That affected, I think, probably the habits of many of the people in the group. So for him to continue to pursue her, and then kind of pressure her, and then low key shame her for assuming that she and Austin slept together, which is what it sounds like with the bra incident, to me.

Like, dude, you don't own her. And it was very put on, and to me, again, another ish another situation where Nice guys never win, but you're not a nice guy. You're go Any A nice guy, a reasonable guy, would not be like, Uh, so, are we gonna make it, like, Facebook official or what? Like, you should She's And then she's talking about Austin.

I'm like, girl. She's like, you should know that I was in a vulnerable space and blah blah blah blah blah. And I'm like, you need to have this conversation with Austin, with Rodrigo, with I mean, it's just, to me, I don't, I don't know how to describe it. To me, all of the men in this situation are trash, okay?

And then at one point, she Says she's coming after Taylor again and Rod, or Rodrigo, Rodrigo who is, he's gay, he's in, he's a gay, he's a gay man and he's on the cast and he's very cute and I love him. He and Olivia kind of go back and forth and it was very intense out of Rodrigo. He was very like, well fuck you Olivia because you're, got it, you're so great and you've never done anything wrong, blah blah blah.

I appreciated that because that's kind of how I was feeling. I was like, Girl, you are coming after Taylor, but y'all are both out. Out here doing wild shit, and you really should have more compassion for each other. Cause like, this is the thing. Taylor wasn't coming for Olivia after, uh, Olivia's brother died.

Taylor was trying to be there. And Taylor was trying to be a friend, and Olivia was, like, pushing Taylor away. Very fair, by the way. Olivia should have been pushing Taylor away, didn't make sense for her to be, like, She needed to Olivia needed to do whatever she needed to do to get through her grief. A hundred percent.

Including, if she wanted to hook up with Austin, very fair. Again, I'm not, I don't think there's anything wrong, I think it makes a lot of sense for her to hook up with Austin in that moment. I just think the bra story is ridiculous. I think Taylor should Kind of get some grace in this moment because her brother had died a little more recently and Not that we're I don't want to even get into like the you know competition of dying Siblings, but for Olivia to sit there and keep going after Taylor.

It's like girl. You're saying you want to have compassion for her You gotta, like, your feelings are valid, but Jesus Christ, like, you have a new boyfriend. I just know if I was Olivia's boyfriend, or Taylor's boyfriend, and I saw either of them carrying on about their ex the way that both of them were carrying on, I would have been like, bye.

We need some space, because, or go to therapy and work this out. Don't do that shit on national television, because I look like an asshole. That's how I would feel as a partner of either of those women, because they're both very clearly still in the throes. But Rodrigo kind of snapping at Olivia, I was grateful for.

This is why. We don't know them. We don't know the complexities of these relationships, but Rodrigo's been around forever. They. Know each other and I think that they have all done dirty shit to one another and like Madison Last year at the reunion, you know, I love Madison. She's the one who damn she's the one who outed Thomas and and Olivia, okay Well, Thomas is the one that outed them, but she's the one that brought it to a national stage Okay, Madison and then Olivia This is controversial and I know it so I won't linger on it but When Taylor said, Forgive as you would like to be forgiven, the way that I just threw that away and kept I was ready to move on.

I don't listen to, like, that kind of spiritual bullshit from people, especially, like, people that claim to be Christian and, and whatever. Her Taylor's whole Christian thing is bullshit to me anyway, so when she spouts out shit like that, I don't think anything of it, and I didn't think anything of it. It wasn't until, but Olivia was obviously anticipating Taylor to bait her into, into this.

And that's crazy on Taylor's part. That's really wild. Why would you do that? And then expect someone to be friends with you. But, Olivia, to be fair to Taylor, just a little bit, Olivia is the one who, you know, told Taylor to put it out there. So, I'm just saying. If Olivia had just ignored them and like, whatever bitch, and they moved on, uh Yeah, I think we'd be fine.

I don't think we needed that information. I don't think that that, the only thing that that makes me think about Olivia is that she was part of the group of girls that were sleeping with Thomas when Thomas was still with Catherine. But Catherine came out on social media and was like, I love you girl, no hard feelings, like, and, and there's a lot to Olivia and Catherine's relationship that I believe That there was a rumor that at one point Catherine, um, was dating Olivia's brother or something like that.

And so I think that Catherine and Olivia probably have, I don't want to say a trauma bond, but a bond over Olivia's brother that is unbreakable. So, uh, yeah, the Thomas thing is probably, whatever, Thomas is fucking everybody. I don't know what to say. So, all I'm saying is that That situation, we, I feel like if Olivia had not maybe said, go ahead and say it, we probably wouldn't know about it.

Unless Taylor was planning on outing it on the show or something, which would be really shitty of her to do and very pointless. Because we really don't care, and Catherine doesn't care, and the only person that I care about in that situation is Catherine. So there's that. Anyway, so Rodrigo kind of comes for Olivia, and it just made me think, and apparently there's like a DM or something floating around where Rodrigo calls her the c word.

I'm not gonna be coquettish and cute about the c word when Olivia called Taylor that, and they use this language. So it's not like, I understand the way that that was cut, it seemed like Rodrigo was being A little intense. He was very fidgety, I noticed, and you know how I feel about that, but I think that there's more to that relationship.

I think that he knows more. He's Taylor's friend. I think that's a good thing, because I think that Taylor needs an ally going into next season for, and someone to kind of give perspective. I'm kind of mad at Andy and the reunion for not diving into that because it was kind of out of nowhere. And it's hard for me to believe Andy wasn't like, Wow, like Do you have something to say, Rodrigo?

Like, what is this? We didn't really see y'all's relationship. Like, that wasn't, that wasn't kind of delved into. Or it was, and we, the audience, didn't get to see it because it was either inconsequential, which, that's hard for me to believe that it was inconsequential, or there were things that were said that, um, didn't fit the narrative that The reunion was trying to tell, which is, Well, we got through everything, and now at the end here, we're all gonna move forward.

That's, that's the only thing I can think. And, I'm trying to think if there's any other notes. Oh, Madison, we really didn't hear a lot from Madison. We heard a little bit about, uh, she says she went and yelled at the mom's ring cam. Uh, I've already spoken about my complex feelings about the relationship with, or the situation with Hudson.

I hope Hudson's okay, but we don't know what happened with Hudson and that little, other little kid. So, I'm not comfortable being like, Yeah, Madison should have beat that mom's ass, cause we just don't know what happened. And, uh, it's not really our business, and I, if, as I'm, I think Madison's doing the right thing as a mother by not expanding on that situation, cause I just, whether she's protecting her son or protecting the other kid, I think that It's inappropriate to, to delve into that because you don't need to.

Uh, but that's really all we got out of Madison except she and JT were making a lot of side comments the whole time. Which was interesting and kind of distracting. JT just kept coming for Austin. We really don't even get into when we do the fight. I will say, Andy certainly, and I agree. I felt like JT was baiting Austin to hit him because, not necessarily because of how he was acting in the moment, but afterwards, he was like, I got his ass.

Now, let's be clear, JT. Southern Charm is not going to fire Austin Kroll because he pushed you. And then you headbutted him. Like, Austin physically did start it. That was something that was weird that we were watching. I was like, no, I saw it. Austin pushed him first. But, JT was baiting him, and I do believe, I'm gonna keep this perspective, like, if you're talking shit, sometimes, if you're in someone's face, if you're, like, that's a, people sometimes retaliate physically.

I'm not the morality police on whether or not it's right. Men sometimes, in my opinion, need to come to blows to, like, get through things. But, obviously, it didn't help JT at all. But he was very, like, snarky. And he wasn't, he wasn't regretful of the physical altercation at all. He did not care. He wasn't like, Man, it shouldn't have gotten to that place, man.

Like, he was like He still feels good about it, so why should I feel, like, some sort of extra ass way about these two men getting into a fight? I'm not going to. JT feels like he got what he wanted, except Austin didn't get punished for it, and that's what JT wanted. In my opinion, the way that he was speaking to him, that's how I read it.

And Let's see, basically they just end by bringing out the tinfoil hats for Craig and they, they kind of just, you know, cheers to a new season and we don't get a, you know, three months later or anything like that. So, we're kind of just off to the races. Now, I think this was an excellent season of Southern Charm, and I know I missed some stuff, but these were the bigger points overall.

I don't want to keep you guys here forever. I really enjoyed it, guys. I don't know what to say. I don't know how y'all felt about this season of Southern Charm. You guys know that I loved it. I'm ready for the next season. I don't know if you guys are watching Southern Hospitality. I don't intend on covering it, but I certainly have thoughts.

So if you guys are interested in me covering it, you know, let me know. DM me or what have you. And I'm just trying to think, is there any, I'm looking at the cast. I'm like, I talked about Vanita. Again, Vanita, I would say one of the MVPs of the season, just for me, because I started out the season being like, I don't know where she fits in with these people, um, and this cast, her place on this cast is Oh!

I do want to say, really quick, going into next season, what do I want to see? I would really like to see a lot less of Vanita's dog. Or her relationship. I wanna see more of Nita's career. I really wanna see her career. I think that I would like for Venita to bring a friend on, 'cause I'm interested in her influencing and like getting into the nitty gritty of what it's really like to be an influencer or to be going to fashion shows.

And I think that's really interesting and I think if Venita brought a friend. That would be organic, and it would be a good thing for her. I don't want to see any of these people's, uh, any more of these people's parents or siblings ever again. I'm over it. These people, I just, like, remember Marcy? Shep's cousin Marcy?

Like, I'm good. In fact, the only parents that I think I really appreciated were Austen's, because they're kind of looking at him the way everyone else is. Like, sir. The fuck is wrong with you? But even them, I don't need to see any more parents. This is mean, but like, these people's families bum me out. Like, they bum me out.

The only mother child relationship we need on this show is Patricia and Whitney. And That's it. Catherine's family, bummer. Her kids, bummer situation. Naomi's parents kind of bummed me out. Like, Kath Oh God, uh, uh, Cameron and her husband and her mom with her kid and then how Cameron felt about her kid, bummer.

All of these things Oh my god, Chelsea and her dad, like The familial relationships on this cast bum me the fuck out and I don't want to see them. That's just my opinion I don't know. I know that's harsh It's just kind of like these people have kind of sad Stories and I kind of want just to focus on the interpersonal relationships of their social group.

I think that's That's intense and heavy enough for me. I don't know what you guys think. Anyway, I won't keep you guys. Thank you so much for tuning in. Like I said, you can follow me at WhoTFKnowsEmilyRose. That's at WhoTFKnowsEmilyRose on Instagram. You can follow my Twitter WTFKEmilyRose on Twitter.
